This was an all-in-one computer. The salesman sold me on the idea of everything being together in the monitor and not having a separate computer case. Not being an expert in computers I assumed it would have a CD/DVD tray similar to a laptop. It does not. The internal speakers also went out in less than three weeks. Was it because of faulty speakers or possible heat build up since everything is together in such a compact space? I was told all-in-one's do have problems with heat build up causing failure on their internal parts. I don't know but given my experience with this all-in-one I would not buy one again. Just my opinion.

Overall I wish we got a different computer. We have a computer desk however the keyboard does not fully work when on the keyboard rack. The monitor and the keyboard are relatively very close considering it is a computer desk, however, it frequently jumps or misses letters and keystrokes. It also does not have a CD ROM drive so that makes it very difficult for us to upload software or play any computer games. It does have a nice screen but with the errors I listed above, I would not recommend this computer.

This is s great computer for having multiple web pages open at once. The speakers are excellent, with good volume. The only negative is that all the plug and play ports are underneath the computer making them difficult to plug into or see to line a cord up with the holes.

I had problems with this computer within a month. It was minor, but techs online couldn't figure it out. It was a bad usb port that prevented my using the mouse and keyboard. Had to take it in to Geek Squad...blick.

The form factor is great and display is very easy to use. The processor is a bit slow when you have multiple things going on. Also, set up took too long with some basic upgrades that had to be done with support.

We bought this computer for our daughter who is in elementary school. We wanted her to have a nice computer to be able to practice using one at home. It is really fast and the screen is really nice. I like the feature of being able to write and highlight on webpages.

I really like the way the "tower" has been integrated to the back of the large spreadsheet friendly monitor. This design has freed up desk top space and has the storage capabilities for my small office.

My daughters needed a new computer for school projects, this PC has the necessary hardware to handle there power point, video editing, audio recording work and more. The touch response is good, is not very fast, but fast enough for what they need it for:school.

HARDWARE IS GOOD. SETUP INSTRUCTIONS STINK. MAINLY, BECAUSE THERE ARE NOT ANY INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED WITH THE HARDWARE. AFTER SEVERAL HOURS AND PHONE CALLS, MY WIFE WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET IT GOING.

Nice change without the hassle of all the wiring and extra's needed to set up the computer. Works great except small glitch with the new windows 10 but computer so far works very nice.

My old HP PC died and in shopping for a new PC I wanted to look at the All in One PC's so I reviewed a few and after talking to BB I decided on the Asus as it met my needs. So far I am impressed with it, I like the wireless characteristics.

Would not have even considered this computer until our sales rep showed it to us, and gave great reviews about it (particularly about its dependability). We love this computer. It's also a very quiet computer - no loud hum coming from it.

Great computer for easy access to apps, programs and everyday utilities. Convenient for space and being an all-in-one makes it great to use with a mouse or finger touch. Super fast and great storage for the price. A good all around computer.

so far it's a great computer... haven't had any flaws as of yet and am confident that it will work for a good while... a little slow but then again this is not the top of the line

I have had this computer in for service 3 times because Iit loses the Internet server and they can't seem to fix it. Otherwise I like it.

Computer froze up updating Windows 10, needed 2 calls for support on brand new computer, needed over 6 hours, across 2 days to finally complete software updates! Unreal!!!!

-I did not get a manual - no training what so ever - seems I need to pay for it - I am now getting another Kaspersky messages that DB's cannot be update - that something is missing. . I on-line Geeksquad to fix this and I got question from tech on my screen to select an option to allow them to take access toto my computer . No place was it available, the guy said to do something and could not/did not know what he was talking about. I will be in the store this day, Saturday, Oct 29, 2016 I have only had this for max 2 months and I had earlier Kaspersky problem where they got control of the computer, but that person could get by my not having a place to answer the question. I have selected Kaspersky on my screen icon and it looks ok - at least to me.. - I think that the sales person should have mentioned this came with Windows 10 and did not - maybe I should have had they go into an test run of the computer. I am 76 and several people at the store had seen and worked with me before- even had to junk my previous 4 year computer after it crashed the mother board 2 times. - Windows-10 as far as I have now heard is difficult and I could have had it replaced with Windowss-7 that I was familiar with for years. As I said they knew me and that I was/am not an advanced user, -Only in the past few days as I begin to begin working on my mail, I often entered twcc.com to get to a familiar screen from the past and it tells me that "Hmm cant find that file. It might have noticed that if I stay on - it will give me that screen . -It has not been fun

We are overall happy with the desktop all in one computer. I hope in the future they will place the USB port in front, it is a pain to turn computer to back to insert USB.

Had an issue when first used it. Some kind of ransom ware preventing me from using. Geek squad helped me resolve issue and been good since. Easy set up, and great display.

Set up was quick and easy. Works well and looks good. Computer seems to be well built. Less malware than most others. Would give 5 stars but included apps are not great.
