Goes off line often, slow between websites, screens lock at times at websites. Original purchase died after 2 hours of setting it up and had to return for replacement

Make sure you remember to turn off the mouse after each use, or you will be replacing battery all the time.. I had to buy new mouse that you plug into the computer..

I buy this pc used for 2 days ,like 3 hrs each day, week later won't turn on :-( . I take back on (5-6-16) to get it repair, has been 2 weeks and they still have it.

Serious problem: its storage of the security code is very unstable. the computer gets easily hung up,and reports "No Wi-Fi." The browser stops responding. The computer needs rebooting before I can access the internet. The problem recurs too frequently for my need of access to the internet. The computer comes with a wireless keyboard which provides no indication when Caps are locked

Hello slow loading from restart and slow loading going on to internet. Worse than my 6 year old dell. Will contact support but I am stuck with a slow machine.

This thing didn't work the moment it was plugged in and setup. First it started with constant WIFI disconnections. At one point it would disconnect and prompt you for your password, but it would not accept your valid wifi password, so you would have to restart it. Then came the freezing every 5 minutes and audio cutting out. I expected more from ASUS, very disappointed, stay away!

I purchased three of these over the past year. I use them in my business. One of the three just died 10 days past it's warranty. I contacted Asus asking for help. I had registered it with them immediately after purchase. Asus said based upon how close to warranty it quit they would honor the warranty. So, I sent them everything supplied me by Best Buy. Asus told me unless the serial number is on the receipt they can not do anything. Well, BestBuy.com does not put the serial number on the receipt. I tried getting the receipt with the serial number on it from Best Buy and was told they don't have one. I went to the store and was told bestbuy.com and the store are not connected and they have no way to track down a receipt with a serial number on it. So, essentially the mfg warranty is useless. I am an elite plus member and will not be buying anything on bestbuy.com in the future. Best Buy was useless in helping. I only hope the other two computers hold up. Hello Amazon.

Power supply died after 4 months of use. Had to ship/return to California at my expense. While they replaced and sent a new item free of charge, I lost all my data. My bust for not backing up my data prior to the machine dying but I'm not sure if they even tried to salvage my data. There was nothing in the return about what went wrong or what they fixed.

desktop with bright screen. cannot keep wifi enabled. two calls to Asus for repair but still loses webpages, wifi and have to reboot.

the larger screen shows very good detail in images. Easy to use.

It took too long time to restart have to hold power button to power down and sometime u click on software it doesn't do anything.

Computer not as fast as expected. Not very happy with it at all. Would return if I could.

I was disappointed with the sound volume. I had to purchase headphones for it to be able to hear it across the room.

Dissapointed...may just be me but it takes way longer to catch up than my old laptop. I think Windows 10 is part of it.

Already freezing up and not coming on. Had to turn off computer from plug to get it to reset.

I purchased the Asus 230ICUT after reviews online and appeared to be a good choice, however the first unit I purchased, after 1 week the Desktop fan was noted to be defected, I returned it and exchanged it for another. The second unit had software issues in which the computer would not recognize USB mass drives. Lucky I had Geek Squad to remote and re-install all the software... 8 hours later it worked, I turned computer off hoping to get work done the next day. The next day turning it on .. it again failed. Needless to say this unit was returned. I will now go with IMac for sure. Best Buys did help me make this a painless transition.

I bought the machine specifically to run Linux for use in software development, but the machine was totally locked down to only allow Microsoft Windows. I ended up putting the machine in the trash and I wasted $400 I spent on it. Not recommended.

Feel I now have a dud but am stuck with it . I'm sure it will work fine when it's been fixed!

MOUSE WORKS SLOWLY. DISK GETS STUCK IN HOLDER. NEED TO RETURN IT TO GET DISK OUT!
