Decent all in one for the money but.... wait for it.... no speakers!! come on Asus.

Only issue is one of the ports is already not working for the wireless mouse.

Worked great until a few months ago and having problems logging in, accessing internet, wifi, and locks up sometimes. Installed Webroot security and renew every year. Taking it in to be fixed, if possible. Should have been able to use it longer than 2 1/2 years!

there is no booklet on where to go or what to do, to find what I need.

Was a little disappointed with the charging dock not working

This is the first new computer I have ever owned that seemed to be a step down rather than a step up from the previous one. New windows lock up for about 10 seconds. I haven't noticed anything that is better!

Program is not user friendly. The disc drive flimsy

I purchased this computer 1 year and 1 week ago and it won't even turn on! I am having to go buy another desk top since this one is out of warranty. I would never recommend this desk top.

Had the computer for about 2 weeks, would randomly freeze up for no reason had to shut the computer down and reboot. Ended up returning to store

I had to return my Asus computer. I wasted a lot of time on this machine after the cursor and pointer kept disappearing within two weeks. I called Asus and spoke to an unfriendly person who advised me that I should do a system refresh. If that did not work, I was told I would have to pay to fix my brand new computer. Terrible product, and even worse customer service. Clearly, Asus does not care about you once it has your money. Fortunately, I got my money back and bought a Dell instead.

It was working fine but died after 3 years. I was told repairing the motherboard would be more expensive than getting a new one.

After a month I need yo bring it back and let Geek Squad look at it. It's memory remains very limited and the blue tooth does not work. It might be me but without a users manual I can't do much.

Not happy that the motherboard crashed 20 days after purchase.

Had ths piece for about a year later just shut down and can’t even reboot or restart or even turned it on. Anybody have an idea how to revive this computer? Prior to this when I started to use it around 1 month later it kept shutting down and would really slow the excel, program in itself overall so sloooooooooooow! Now I just wasted thousands of dollars for this piece. Can anyone help me to revive this? Or perhaps be replaced? Perhaps it was a lemon law computer?

Locks up periodically, the stand was crooked right out of the box, and will not keep proper time settings. And that is just after a few weeks. Asus is the worst brand. This is the second one I have owned, I gave them a second chance and I seriously regret it

Loved the computer, but the motherboard was fried in only 2 years of very minimal use. Very disappointing!

I had never heard of ASUS but I went ahead and purchased an $800 Desktop. HUGE MISTAKE ! This piece of junk has been trouble right from the start. Now, after only EIGHT MONTHS it has become almost unusable. seeing things that I have NEVER seen COMPUTER do before, and I have had many computers. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY COMPUTER FROM ASUS !

I purchased and it did not have sound. Given another and it totally stopped after 3 days. Was told they could not be fixed by Geek Squad. Originally was going to be charged to recover work I had spent 3 days on. Finally did for free after I purchased flash drive. Also spent time on line with a tech and multiple trips back to Best Buy. Such a waste of my time.

A very slow computer that shuts down frequently. Very frustrating

Only lasted 4 days before the system totally went, it shut down while playing & had to be returned. Will never buy another Asus product,
