||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stopped powering on after a year and a half, and would cost half of what i paid to have it repaired by ASUS. Stay away!!! Total piece of crap!!

Great Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.didn't take long to setup. Brought the computer 11:30am finished all the installments and ready to play with by 1:30pm My only gripe is the keyboard. Seems like the keys are too close together compared to a conventional keyboard. Other than that great computer. Plus much cheaper than others with the with the same specs.

Great All-in-One
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I needed to replace a six year old computer I decided to look for an all-in-one. Apple was way too expensive for my needs, so I looked at Windows based computers. After researching several, I went to our local Best Buy to "test drive" some of the machines. I like that this Asus has a large screen, beautiful and bright display, a wireless keyboard and mouse, and an internal cd/dvd drive (which can also burn discs). The computer is quiet and fast. My only small complaint is that the wifi seems slow at times. When I ran a speed test, however, it runs to the maximum of our connection, so maybe I am imagining that. Great machine for the money!

Should have been a 5 star
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this computer. It is great value for your money. The I5 processor is fast, the touch screen display is beautiful and it looks good on my desktop. I'd have given it 5 stars but the keyboard is terrible - hard to see the characters on the keys and not a great tactile response. For $25 you can add a nice Logitech keyboard and mouse and it is still a great bang for the buck - but why do they do this?

Not quite as advertised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't gotten the product completely set up but from the start, there is functionality that was supposed to be included that is not present - wireless charger and NFC easy backup. Unfortunately, when I tried contacting ASUS support to resolve the problem, twice I was put on hold and then disconnected. I hope this is not an indication of what's to come.

Great for business & all that I have to do @ home
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great computer and LOVE that it doesn't take up much space! FAST for running MULTIPLE sites (6-7) at once. Like the fact that I can switch from keyboard to touch screen without any additional tasks/ steps. Love it and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great All-In-One Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Is everything I've ever wanted in an All-In-One Home Computer, however, I am having some issues with WIFI dropping out often whether the computer is Locked, Asleep, Off, it just goes on and off and sometimes it takes up to 5minutes to reconnect to router. - Wondering if the built-in antenna location is the issue OR maybe my router needs to be upgraded? All other electronic gadgets I own and run on WIFI don't seem to have any issues. Is not a 100% perfect computer but aside from the WIFI connectivity is does what is supposed to and then some so it is 95% excellent. PROS: PRICE, FAST, SILENT, SCREEN HD RESOLUTION, SLEEK DESIGN, TOUCH SCREEN, SOUND, PLENTY USB PORTS, QUALITY OF MATERIALS (except Keyboard/Mouse). OPTICAL DRIVE IF NEEDED. CONS: WIFI connectivity issues, takes forever to reconnect. Also, They will tell you that it includes a Smart Innovative multi-function base having the capability to recharge your cell-phone (Qi Wireless + NFC). It doesn't. I was actually excited about it and Sales girl assured me it had the advertised base and that customers were very happy about it.

Very Good All-in-One
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first ASUS computer. I usually buy Dell or HP, but I liked the price for what was included in the deal. Would be a great computer if all the USB ports worked. In the middle of set-up, the mouse and keyboard stopped working. I moved to a different USB port and it worked just fine. I took the first one back because of this. The second computer did the same thing. Curious that it was the same USB port that did not work each time. It is inconvenient for me to keep taking the computer back for a new one. I guess, I will live with 4 USB ports instead of 5. Yeah the webpage says it comes with a total of 6 USB ports; I haven't figured out where the 6th one is. I doubt if I will need all of them. If having all the USB ports work is a big deal, then you might want to steer clear of this computer. At least check them all out immediately.

It ok for a I5 intel
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Web cam could be better. Resolution is very poor. The connection is decent if you have a good service. Download speed are not bad again with faster internet service. Mi connection is standar and i can still surf the web at reasonable speed. Is not the best but, ASUS is ok i guess but, then again i am not a computer major.

Horrible computer and service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer after reading such great reviews. Exactly 3 months later the screen stopped working. Contacted ASUS and they told me to send it in for repair, nothing else wrong not a scratch on it brand new condition. After paying for the shipping and waiting for 8 weeks I got a phone call informing me that it wouldn't be covered and I would have to pay them to fix the digititizer. I called Best Buy who told me that they could fix it for less, so I asked ASUS to ship me the computer back. When I opened the box (which wasn't damaged) and pulled out the computer my entire screen was shattered and cracked, and had been taped.
