Easy to understand, big screen, and easy to move from room to room- almost as easy as a laptop to move.

Overall, this is an incredible computer. Especially for the price. There are really only a FEW things I have small comments on. The Camera: Really looked a lot better when I played with this computer in the store. It does not take great photos. Also, somehow when Skyping, the person you're talking to can only see part of what you're viewing of your own camera. Like it crops but doesn't show you that it's cropped. Snipping Tool: If you're used to taking screenshots via a phone or tablet, this is a little frustrating. It's not difficult to use by any means, it's just different. When utilized properly, it might be more beneficial; you have the option of "snipping" certain areas specifically in addition to the whole screen, it's just an adjustment from what I'm used to. The Mic and Speakers: This one is frustrating. It's entirely possibly this is just happening with MY computer, but the speakers randomly make a weird "recording" type of static-noise when there is nothing with sound running. It's just random. Trying to adjust the mic so that people can hear you without raising your voice when Skyping was a challenge as well. I also have yet to figure out why certain alerts don't play, but the system alerts are working just fine. All in all, this really is a great computer. The touch screen is great, the keyboard is fine, the screen is large and clear and doesn't strain your eyes. If you have a general knowledge on how to easily adjust all your settings, this product is great. If you area little intimidated by it, I'd just make sure you have someone walk you through things like this while in store.

It setup smoothly, works like a champ. I purchased this for a customer and she likes it a lot.

The ASUS computer I purchased has many features which I like. However, there appears to be a glitch somewhere - I am frequently disconnected from my internet svc....which is active. This does not happen with any other devices. I hope the glitch can be fixed soon - very annoying./// However, BEST BUY really IS the best for service and info!

Highly recommend use quite a bit for work doesn't lag runs multiple applications all at once

My needs for a computer are simple. This all-in-one system is perfect for me. I've been using it for almost a month and am very satisfied. Only issue I had was - no quick setup guide included in box. I went online and found appropriate documentation. This might have been a problem for someone not comfortable doing that.

We have had this computer. A While now and find everything about it great. First time without a big old tower and and love the extra room on the desk

I have been using laptops for years and got tired of the small screen. I couldn't have multiple windows open and be able see them at the same time. The large screen is wonderful and it being a touch screen makes it even better. Haven't had a chance to learn the photo software but I'm excited to try it.
