I love the flexibility of the computer and tablet in one. I was currently using Windows Vista and was somewhat nervous about learning Windows 10. Well, I was greatly surprised at the ease in getting up-dated. The tutorials are quick, informative and easy to follow.

The laptop is great. Purchased during update of Windows 10 and there were a few glitches but Best Buy techs have been wonderful about helping me through them. They have given me great service. This is why I shop with Best Buy!

after researching 2 in 1 computers, I finally narrowed it down to the asus flip, I am not a techie and this is my first laptop, but I couldn't be happier with it.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I had a easy time of getting my products However I do believe $300.00 for a warenty is a bit much when I spent $800.00 for laptop.

Purchased about a month ago and still getting it all figured out - like that I can run like Win 7 while I learn the Win 8 features.

All in all, I have been very happy with this laptop. I had a HP before this one. The HP sucked! This Asus is a vast improvement.

easy to set up, up and running in no time. Easy to transport. Only thing I'd like to see is to get a restore cd or other media to reinstall all manufacturer installed software. Cuz, we all know that any computer needs to be refreshed from time to time.

The pictured computer is not the one I purchased. The ASUS model computer is not a Flip 2 in 1. It is a laptop. Do not like Windows 8. Find it difficult to work with.

Bought laptop because of discount, specs and capacity. So far no issues with laptop yet and it works really great, though I have not yet exploit all the features of the laptop nd the new windows upgrade to 10.

I am going off to college and my parents bought me this laptop, and it is great! My only wish is that it had a disk drive drawer on it, I bought an external one to plug in but can't get it to work, might have to call the Geek Squad to help me out!

easy to use. very portable & lightweight. I am not a big fan of the new windows operating system however overall I am very impressed with this devise.

The best part about this purchase was how easy it was to set up. I was intimidated at first when I opened my product but relieved once the step by step directions helped me along with the process. There was no gigantic instructions booklet! yay!

Very good laptop, easy to jump right in and use. Tablet portion works well enough, but is a little heavy as the keyboard remains attached. It fits all the basic computer needs, and has a little style as well.

A little early still to tell as I've already had to return one of the same defective. The side keyboard is different than my last laptop so still adjusting.

This is a excellent 2 in 1 laptop solid construction, very fast, vivid HD display, but must important for me very quiet operation no lousy fan noise..I choose this Asus over toshiba radius and lenovo edge.. Overall very happy with this device.

My best buy guy was the best if it hadn't been for him I don't think I would have bought the particular machine I did or even a purchase. He was extremely knowledgable and very patient with all my wacky questions he ROCKED. Way to go Louis!!

Bought this one due to everything it offered for my son that was starting college. So far everything has worked great and he really likes it and is able to do everything he has needed to at this point.

I bought this computer as a gift to my husband. He loves it. I bought the same computer, except it doesn't turn into a tablet, about 5 years ago and it still works beautifully. I can't wait for him to enjoy his new computer for school!

I really love this laptop for all it ergonomics and style.Under the hood it might not be a beast but it works perfectly for me.My requirements are not as high as that of gamers but it runs lot of heavy EDA software with perfect ease.

I needed a computer for streaming movies, browsing the internet and iTunes. So far, it has not let me down. The 2-in-1 feature took a little to get use to but comes in very handy.
