    My RoadRunner email does not work properly on this computer. I called the 800 # and they couldn't help, I brought it in to BestBuy and it worked for the 3 minutes I was there, but it still keeps bouncing back to the RoadRunner email sign in page. Very frustrating. It worked previously, then they had to reprogram my computer and now I have this unfixable situation.

    i havent bought a computer new since 2009 when i went to college and it was an asus laptop that was previously used. its a boss. it still runs and its been kicked, stepped on, had many things spilled on the key board and it still rocks when it comes to watching movies and tv shows....something i cannot say for this laptop......every video file i play at a certain point has a hiccup like the whole screen turns white for a moment.....i assume its the video card or graphics card...if those could be upgraded i would gladly pay an extra 100 bucks because then i could probably play some games on this computer too...also i just bought this computer literally a month ago and when i got it from bestbuy the box was all beaten up and scrapped looking but i was assured the computer was fine so i dont know maybe it fell off the truck and they gave it to me anyway....i wish at this point i could take it back and get a pristine one or atleast one that dosent look like its been dropped
