I've had my ASUS ProArt 13 laptop for little more than a week and I'm really enjoying it. I find it to be a quality laptop as it is so sharp and fast. I like the versatile modes it provides from a laptop to a tablet along with stand and tent modes.

As far as such an excellent computer, very nice design, its slim and its good to carry to different places. Runs all Adobe programs.

Great 2 in 1 laptop. Except for battery life, comparing individual features (apple to apple), dollar for dollar, no one come close: Surface Pro, Apple, or Lenovo 9i, none.

So far so good, just getting it a week ago and learning what it can do. Only major flaw I see at this point is the non-standard charging brick and cable. Make it magnetic like Apple and Surface pro! I realize it takes more juice than what usb-c might give but everything should be magnetic at this point.

First and foremost, best buy has the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Their policies are outrageous and save yourself the trouble and DO NOT purchase anything from them. What they don't tell you is there is a 14 day return policy that is strict whether they've sold you a faulty product or not. I spent nearly 2000 on this laptop only for it to constantly freeze, overheat, and my files are constantly corrupted. I didn't use it much and was out of town for the 14 day window (that I didn't know anything about) and then realized how bad it was after having owned this laptop for 3 days beyond the return period. Best buy would do nothing to help, feeling perfectly comfortable to take my money for a faulty product. I will never purchase from Best buy again and I hope you don't either. You're better going directly to the company, or going through something like amazon. Worst experience with a faulty product I've ever had. Also, maybe just buy a different laptop so you don't have this same experience with the computer too.

This is a great notebook PC, and the service at the Boston area Best Buy was quite good. I came off of a cruise ship with a dead PC, and this filled the bill !

after unboxing the laptop, the device was so easy to set up that it took nearly no time at all to go through the set up. love the touch screen, and the ability to flip it from a traditional laptop to a tablet rather quickly. Lots of storage space for all my photos and videos. Overall, great laptop for my daughter who will be using this in college for architecture and graphic design
