Great powerful laptop, awesome battery performance for what it is (and also the 200W charger does help a lot), I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed just a few bugs that I'm hoping ASUS takes care of them. I was a little bit disappointed that the pen is not included for such a high price.

We needed a laptop for a budding gamer and this was the right call. Expensive, but not the highest and not the lowest, but feel it’s perfect for him to grow into. So far so good a few weeks later with Minecraft Dungeons, Minecraft Legends, Minecraft Java and a handful of Minecraft Mods he is happy as a clam.
He has dreams of recording and editing YouTube videos and this comes with decent tools for that (but haven’t tried them yet).

Sadly while I love the laptop, it's full of buggy problems. Half of the time I put it to sleep, it won't wake up again. I end up having to hold the power button down until it finally shuts down completely and then restart it. Of course I lose everything I was working on. Then when it starts up again, all of my external connections are not recognized and I have to unplug my usb-c hub and reconnect it, then initiate another restart to get everything reconnected.
Sadly this is not the only issue I'm having. Within the first couple of days I brought it from the office to home and not only did it not recognize the change of network, it didn't even recognize the internal network cards and have me a hardware failure message when I ran the diagnostics. When I tried to initiate a problem report, the only option they have me was to call BestBuy's Geek Squad for support, but when I spoke with them, they said all they could do was send it in to Asus to have the card replaced and didn't know how many weeks that would take!
Another concerning issue is that they do not offer an extended warranty on the product. I've been waiting for 2 months for that offer but it is not forthcoming, and based on how many issues this laptop seems to have, I can understand why they are not offering an extended warranty on it.
So be cautious... It's a new laptop for Asus and it seems to have its issues.

Love this laptop! Its 13" which for some is abot small, but it doesn't matter at all. This thing is powerful! If you're a 3D or 2D art student or professional I can't recommend this on the go power house enough! Love it!
