My son needed a new laptop for college, but we weren't sure exactly what features he wanted. After looking online, we decided to go to the store and try it out. We were both so impressed, we decided to buy. With it being on sale, and having a student coupon, we got it at a smokung price. Since then, my son has commented several times on how much he likes it.

A lot of bang for your buck. Light enough to take with you anywhere.

Had this for quite a while, initially had a bunch of bsod's not too long after buying it but swapped in an SSD and did a clean install and that mostly solved that till a couple months ago. It handled most of the stuff I used it for, surfing the web, streaming videos. The track pad was super sensitive, if a hair or tiny speck of dust was on the surface the cursor was jumping all over the screen as soon as you touched it. Pretty dim screen, all in all not a terrible laptop.

I am thoroughly impressed with this computer, mostly because of the core i5 processor, enough to run games fast, yet affordable! I have been running games like insurgency and the Division, and it handles it way better than I expected! The tablet mode is nice, but I barely use it. overall, a very good computer, for school and for personal uses.

As someone who has been using a MacBook since forever, I was feeling like I needed a change. After talking with a few friends who are computer geeks, I was recommended to look closer at Asus. I spoke with a few geek squad members who suggested this laptop. Omg I love it! It fits all of my needs and I'm Just in love with the touch screen

Exactly what I expected and what I was looking for. I got this as open box, for $481, which was in my budget for a laptop, but a way better laptop than I expected to get. Love it! The hinges are sturdy and durable and it is great for life as a college student. I haven't edited videos yet, but have done some music and it worked fine.

I always read reviews before I purchase just about anything electronic. I had to have a laptop fast so went to Best Buy and this was on sale. I really like this laptop. The ability to use it as a traditional laptop or use the touch screen option is so nice. I got the 13" so it's a nice size to travel with and it's not heavy or bulky.

My son loves the ease of using his laptop around campus.

I would recommend this computer to any college student.
