Easy to manage and work with, not complicate, fast

So far this laptop has met my college daughter's needs. We purchased it about 6 weeks ago and so far, so good. While I just want it to do the job we bought it for, her friends like the way it looks.

Bought the laptop for my son at college. Quit working after 3 weeks. Took it in to Best Buy and the Geek Squad had to send it to Geek Squad repair in Kentucky. Found out it was a loose power cable to the mother board. Took a month to get it back. Works fine now but had a lot of scratches and dings that were not there when I dropped it off. Haven't had a lot of hands on time with it, but it seems to have decent performance. Overall, not a good buying experience.

I appreciate the versatility of this laptop. Normal position or folded back over and you still have a keyboard. I also love the back lite keys awesome when working in bed with minimal lighting.

Great computer for my home needs. Sales associates were so friendly and helpful. They took the time to compare which computers would be best for my needs. Couldn't believe how well the sales team worked together to help me. Happy to see such great customer service in this day and age. Thank you Best Buy

This computer is not exceptional, but offers just enough. The design is neat and easy on the eyes. The speed with Photoshop is very questionable, but overall, it's good for the price.

I got this laptop not knowing much about it. When I got it, it turned out it was better for me than my previous laptop. I can use it as a laptop and then I can also use it as a tablet. This has helped me with not only my school work but my reports at work as well. I can use it anywhere.

This is a decent computer, I'd recommend to buy one with ssd hard drive and get the storage capacity with an external drive

love this laptop very fast and nice screen ,the only thing i dont like the chrome hindge,and kinda heavy to carry around.so far the laptop still running very good

I really love my laptop! It's absolutely perfect for writing papers. Only problem is the button on the side is easily bumped which turns off the laptop.

We mainly got it for classes, and it runs very smooth. I also stream my xbox one to it, sometimes there is a little lag, but not most of the time.

The laptop is versatile as it is touch screen and folds into a tablet. I am satisfied with this purchase.
