    This 2 in 1 laptop is awesome. Love the tablet features. Researched laptops before purchasing and I am extremely satisfied with my Dell.

    Fours weeks after purchasing the computer the hard drive went bad. Best Buy would not stand behind it after the store manager said they would. We were past the 15 day return policy. The computer had to be sent away to have the hard drive replaced. Neither Best Buy or Asus would agree to just replacing our computer with a new one. After almost two weeks they sent us our computer with I assume a new hard drive. For all I know it could be a rebuilt hard drive. We only bought an Asus because the salesman at Best Buy highly recommended it. This is the third computer we bought from Best Buy. We will never buy another one from them.

    Nice Laptop, But for the Price I paid , for a previously used Laptop was Higher than the Newest Version of this Laptop is selling at other Stores. Also the laptop had been Geek Squad certified but they failed to remove the previous owners info, passwords and programs, I spent the following day resetting the laptop and its programs , manually so I have no Idea what programs came on this laptop as free apps or programs and when I took into Geek squad they could only ask what I needed removed, My company sent me out of the area on a long road trip the following day and I could not get anymore help while on this trip which I am still on.
