    Seemed to be best deal for the price and specs. Boy were we wrong! First computer started freezing up within 3 days of purchase with NO apps or add'l programs. Returned assuming it was a lemon, next one seemed to w ork perfectly but exactly 14 days later froze in the "Diagnosing your PC" screen on startup and could never get it out despite all troubleshooting measures. WOW! never had an issue like this before with any computer-- and TWICE! stay away.

    I WILL NEVER buy an Asus laptop ever again. I've had this laptop for a little over a year and it's completely died on me twice. And these weren't caused by any drops, downloads, etc. Completely unprovoked. It has some nice features, yes, but that means nothing if it doesn't work. Beyond it s****ing the bed, I never liked the way the keyboard was set up. And the finger swiper was awkward.

    Probably one of the slowest laptops i have… i have a HP thats 5+ years older and loads faster still
