Windows 10 BLOWS!! I've had to have windows 10 professionally reinstalled twice so far. It's not even worth running over with my truck. When not if is goes again I will go back to Apple.

I returned the Laptop due to a problem with recharging. I believe this was a problem isolated to this particular unit since ASUS products usually have an excellent reputation.

First computer had bad hard drive. Exchanged without problem. Phoned, made appt with geek squad at Destin, Fl. store. Explained I have the 24/7 geek squad plan. That I had new computer and wanted to be shown how to set up automatic backup to external drive and how to transfer data from old computer to new computer. Was given a 1:00 pm appt time. When I arrived at store, on time I was told I had to wait, there were two people ahead of me. Finally my turn came and I pulled out all my equipment and I was told they had to find my receipt from purchase. Even though they had already found my account. Only one single person was working at the geek squad station and the two people ahead of me were still trying to get help from "Mary". After a significant time I was told I could not be helped because I did not have a receipt for a "data download" ? I explained all I wanted was to be shown how and I would do the actual download. I also wanted to be shown how to set up automatic backups on external hard drive. I was told no again. Mary's attitude was sharp,insulting, abrasive and just a brush off. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told by security the manager was busy on the phone. But a "other manager"?? who was standing there would talk to me. I explained what happened and was told the store could not teach me how to transfer data because if I did it wrong that the store could be liable for lost data. ??? Since when has geek squad not shown how to use computers. This morning I received a phone call from Mary apologizing for her manor yesterday. Excuse was she was working alone and over-whelmed at the time and also she misunderstood what I needed. My thoughts....BS and a pile of it. Neither I nor any family member will shop at the Destin Store again. Other stores are available without the attitude.

I bought this computer because my old laptop was too slow. Unfortunately, my new Asus does not perform much better. It has had trouble connecting to the internet and takes forever to process changes.

I had my lap top for a good month and have had no problems. Glad I purchased it.
