My new ASUS lap top is excellent. It was professionally explained to me and also demonstrated. I shared with the salesman the various uses I planned to make of the laptop and he enabled me to select the most suitable choice. Also, I am pleased with the way my previous computer was handled in the transfer of data and so forth to my new machine.

I was not impressed with this product. It went through a hard drive error during my first use, which was never able to be repaired. I returned it with no problem from the fantastic customer service professionals at Best Buy, and bought a Lenovo that I am very happy with.

Loved everything about the laptop except that in tablet mode it was very faulty and that is a feature that I use at work a lot.

It was a nice computer. I don't have it anymore. Seems like they become obsolete so fast these days.

I sure it will be fine when I get use to it. I just regret no DVD player installed. I thought all computer cane with them....

This is my granddaughter's graduation gift and she is very happy with it. It was her choice over my recommendations.

Long Periods on phone with Geeks and HP to resolve "bugs" in program connecting PC to HP printer .. Resolved by HP.

I have had two Asus computers since March 2016. The first one was at the Geek Squad 5 times for repairs in 6 months I had to buy a cheap Dell computer as a back up while my Asus was yet again in for repairs.. Best Buy refunded my money and I bought another Asus because the clerk said it was top of the line. That cost me yet another $100. I had that Asus only a month and the hard drive crashed twice. I took it back and got my money back and bought a good Dell which cost me yet another $100. I have owned 5 Dell computers and never had a problem .Hopefully I won't this time. I will definitely never buy Asus again.

It is slow to respond to typing, so capitalized letters and spaces wind up in the wrong place, requiring documents/emails to be proofed carefully. Several files or websites open at the same time slows it down even more. I have to close files and frequently restart to get faster response. Apps that come with it appear to be free, but are actually trial only, which is deceptive. My prior laptop crashed, and I had to buy this without studying what I wanted and comparison shopping. If it hadn't been such a chore to get programs downloaded and files restored from my old laptop (thanks to backing up only two days before), I would have returned it. Now I wish I had taken it back anyway despite the extra work. Plus, the 0 on the keypad and the arrows are in a different place than they were on my old laptop, which results in frequent delays.

This laptop is a great size with more than enough features. Only downside is non of these do you any good if your machine is broken. Week 2 the laptop had to be shipped for warranty work because it crashed. Four weeks later it arrived in working condition so I sold it. I’ve been spoiled with a 2009 MacBook Pro that I’ve had zero problems with.

The display is amazing but the laptop lagged and the mouse pad didn't work. Laptop appearance is nice.

I used it for 2 weeks. It worked fine. No issues. I just am a MAC user so Windows did not work for me.

Had to return my first purchase and then returned a second Asus laptop because of a loud fan issue.

I finally got an HP laptop, which seems OK. It has a CD player built in. I like that feature.

Not very interested in the settings. I either like the original Windows format or the mac.

I think my old Asus is faster and more reliable. The tablet function can be useful

Read reviews that stated the machine was good for home based operations such as office and web browsing. Had the device fir 12 hours and installed Google Chrome. After that the machine would randomly freeze and force shutdown. I have been a computer technician for 10+ years and this device is not what it seems on paper.

It is an item we need to do our work for the church. Performs as required

The laptop is a nightmare, apps are slow, screen jam, internet receive slow. Touch screen and 360degree are cool though

It is a basic laptop. It does fine but is nothing special.
