Horrible slow computer

It's so slow that I can't even transfer photos from my phone into it. Geek squad said there's nothing wrong in form of a virus etc so $150 will tell me more. Ugh! NO NO NO ! It's new. I shouldn't need to pay $150 more

Horrible Laptop

It said that the CPU was at 100% usage with no programs open. Took it back and exchanged for the same laptop thinking it was just a glitch with the first one. Same problem happened. Do not buy this laptop.

Slow, volume issues.

I wish now I would have switched brands because this machine is a real frustration on the speed. Plans were to get a 3nd for my shop and that will not be this brand.

Beware before you buy

MISTAKE, shame on me! Had one problem after another. Took it back after 4 days. I understand some electronics come out as lemons, sadly the one I bought was on of them.
