Extremely disappointed from the lack of transparency from this product that it cannot be connected wirelessly with Xbox even though Asus based this controller off Xbox controller, back buttons for remapping are not well enough placed but what I will say is I like the looks of this product and for that I will not return and use for my gaming laptop. Still earned 1 star to an honest rating.

Great controller!

Buttons are firm and tactile, however the triggers could use some improvement. They are not as sensitive in driving/racing games. The controller is a bit smaller than the Xbox controller, but not major deal breaker.

Display is not as grand as turtle beach but battery life is much better.

If you are a controller snob "oh it feels cheap and plastic" dont buy this by any means. Because it is plastic!!! Most controllers are. The M buttons are in an awkward spot, but it works out for me becaus i can bind them to things i dont want to accidentally push. Only use it for pc but xbox should be just as difficult/easy( you have to go in the menu to switch from usb/2.4/Bluetooth... a bit of a hassle.i bought this controller knowing what ut was ans what it wasnt, its not gonna make you better gimmicks galore with a high price tag

Not worth the price

It feels light and cheap. the general quality of materials and feel of the controller is not what I would expect from $170 controller more like $50-60. I’ll stick to my razer wolverine v2.

The screen which was a selling point for me is useless you can make your own little black and white animation but it doesnt come out right. Every so often the controller will completely stop working on pc and xbox. The only thing it gots going for it is that it is one of the best looking controllers out there. Im going back to my razer controller

I was hoping I would be able to program it with my rog ally for when it is docked, but it doesn't work like that. If you want a nice controller for the Ally, just get a PS5 controller, or one of the Xbox elite controllers. This thing is a gimmick.

I got it on a sale and still regretted ever trying it. It feels like the most cheap piece of plastic controller I have ever held. The OLED screen stays on for all of 10 seconds before shutting off needing to be turned back on again. Buy any other controller for way less. The quality is that off a Afterglow with 3 times the price.

Completely missed the mark

Huge ROG fanboy and usually overlook small issues. First of the price is TGH. I bought it knowingly that it was overly expensive so I cant really complain about that. The issue is that most features are stripped away unless you plug the controller in. No wireless Xbox connectivity (knew this before purchase), no aura sync unless USB connection and no Armory Crate unless USB connected. OK, so at least you can make profiles and name them to change on the screen mounted on the controller, right? No. You can only have four profiles and the profile names don't transfer from Armory crate to the controller so you will have to memorize the locations. Also these profiles only support basic lighting features so your customization is severely limited. Controller is significantly less premium feeling than the Elite V2, entirely plastic. No rubber or metal at all. Controller screen stays on for a max of 5 min whether or not it is plugged in. The rear Mx keys cannot be mapped to keyboard keys or macros. Only to already existing buttons on the controller. Useless
