    DO NOT BUY. Every day. Multiple times per day. The wifi disappears. Then comes back 30 seconds later. All devices on the 5GHz [or the 2.4GHz] go offline randomly. I have to reboot devices sometimes after because they fail to reconnect. I want a FULL REFUND.

    It says it has "AiProtection Pro network security / Instant Guard". However I can't input keyword for the filter. It only filter by catalog which predefined. The connections is not stable either.

    did not power up .How do you rate something that does not work?

      Thank you for your feedback.

      We do understand your disappointment with the router and the inconvenience this may have caused if it did not power up. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. To resolve this problem, verify if the adapter is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the router, check the cable for damage, ensure the physical power switch on the back of the router is in the "ON" position. Additionally, press and hold the reset button for 5-10 seconds and if that does not work, try a hard factory reset.

    2 months and then nothing

    Spent almost $200 on this. After exactly 2 months - it stop working. Bestbuy sent me to Asus Website, ASUS sent me back to Bestbuy.... Just not worth it - but I want it fixed....who can actually help me!?
