It's fast, reliable (so far) and ive had no software issues yet. It does get very hot, but thats to be expected for its size. The screen is not as bad as others say it is. Highly recommend!

Overall we run a lot of different programs on it, and it works great for both of our needs, no problems at all, runs super smoothly and looks great.

I did run into a problem with the security program interfering with the functioning of a game that I wanted to play. It required a bit of a work around but fortunately the support team at 2K had a good idea of what the problem was and was able to walk me through it.

Since it’s still NEW.. no issues so far.

However quality issues on this was atrocious. I got one in January, and when I got past the windows setup, it completely crashed. It shut off and didn’t turn on again, the middle of the laptop started overheating. Went to Best Buy to return, and got another one. Same thing happened during setup. I’ll prolly pickup this laptop in the near future but I got really unlucky with the laptops I got as it seems everyone else has a good experience. Will probably pick this up in the future, but please be aware this might happen.

No thought was given to the location of the touch pad. I bought this laptop for myself to use for regular work and my husband for games. I cannot use it. Any time you type, you will trigger the touch pad. It is the WORST!!!
