But ALWAYS TEST OVER ZOOM OR OTHER heavy RAM software so you see if the laptop holds up. Can't easily replace the video cards on this. I am in the process of returning. If i can't do Zoom, what is the point?

Constantly freezes, cursor becomes glitchy. I've tried everything possible and am at the point of ctrl-alt-delete ten times a day. I called the store and said my warranty won't repair because its a "software" issue. Been like this since day one
