There is no keyboard backlight and the keys feel rough under the fingers. Also, it starts in Smode until you turn Smode off. Price it great but it shows.

But ALWAYS TEST OVER ZOOM OR OTHER heavy RAM software so you see if the laptop holds up. Can't easily replace the video cards on this. I am in the process of returning. If i can't do Zoom, what is the point?
