Asus better than Dell

It starts up quickly and performs well for my purposes, mainly utilizing excel and word for work, as well as online shopping and research.

Laptop is great, but Best Buy needs improvement

The description says it comes with all parts and accessories, but the one I got didn’t come with a charger and their options were to either return it after I spent a few hours loading everything on to it, or buy my own. Which cost about as much as I saved by buying it in open box condition. Laptop works great though, couldn’t be happier with it. Plenty fast for daily use and whisper quiet too.

No Problems - Simple Setup!

Since I take it to meetings, the great battery life is a real plus. Setup was a cinch. Installing the software programs and files I use was problem free since I use Drop Box and Microsoft 365.

Almost Very Good.

It would be a very good buy, I paid $300.00, if the display was just a little better. It is fast and seems to run well. I would not pay full price because of the display.

I used to have so many problems with my old computer when I had to use zoom. This computer works great. No problems. And it is very fast too for everything I do on it.

Great computer, but wanted the HD screen

Really liked it, as I just used it for web surfing, email, etc. But did not realize that the screen was not HD. It is fast, starts right up and worked well, and was happy with it. Hoping the $399 model is as good as this one and with the better screen should fit my needs.
