Good starter PC. Handles low impact games decently, such as MTG: Arena and FFVII & FFVIII. Doesn't run too hot, but I didn't push it too hard yet. Decent for student use, however I don't think the camera is that good

I bought this as a backup when my Macbook Air's screen cracked for the second time. It has 8gb of ram so the speed is good. The video card is okay but it is definitely does not play videos with the sharp quality that I am accustomed to. The most compelling reason for giving it a 4 is the keyboard; it's just awkward. You have to figure out how to position your hands on because of the number pad on the right side of the keyboard, and then you, well, I, still have to keep looking down. The fact that there is no backlight on it is also uncomfortable. For the price, it is a good deal, but if you do a lot of typing and are not used to a keyboard with the numbers on the side, this laptop may take some getting used to

Overall does what I need, just a few design things that I’d like to change, mostly the length of the cord (somehow it’s just not quite long enough). It’s not going to be doing anything crazy, and for general internet and document stuff it runs very smooth.

Compared to my "old" 2014 Dell running Win 8.1, this laptop is great! It was easy to set up and get configured. I don't need my laptop to do THAT much, but what I need it to do, I want it to do reliably and quickly. This model does just that. Smoking fast man!

Unfortunately web camera didn't work from very beginning at all. When I wanted to repair it, the warranty was already expired. Have to buy external camera. Display is very basic

The laptop was big it had good storage because I tend to not really download stuff but overall its was a good pick the screen was nice it was clear and the screen was big so I recommend buying this Laptop

this is a budge laptop, good for daily besis light working.

I had an old HP computer and needed a replacement without breaking the bank, my old laptop cost me about the same and I was not expecting such a difference between them but I was surprised when I booted the laptop and started to notice the gap between them.

This laptop does all the things that both my son and I need it to do. I mostly check emails and watch you tube. We apprecuate how easy it is to use and how quick it responds. The battery life could be better but we are happy with this product oversll.

I got it for him to use for school and it is perfect.

Only had laptop for a month, so far it's been working just fine for all I use it for. Said it was windows 11, several times windows 10 notes showed up. Anyways the [s] mode was clearly not my way of doing things. Very easy to switch out.

Not a power house computer but it gets the job done if you are not needing a powerhouse. Works well on the internet and can run most programs smoothly as long as not graphic and memory intensive. Was a good value for the money

I use mine for leisure and it works more than fine. Not the beat for gaming. Speakers are on the lower side of laptop which is muffled if sitting on pillow but over all really good laptop

As my first laptop, it was great for what it was needed for. The only downfall is that it dies very quickly. Even if I were to turn it off on full battery, once I turned it on the battery would die within minutes.

I purchased this laptop after reviewing the ratings. For the price and size it was a good match for what I needed in a home computer. It's not too heavy or bulky, has the number pad that many laptops don't have. Very satisfied.

Based on three weeks of use... Processing speed is good. Battery charges quickly. Touchpad works well. Only complaint is that setup process was complicated by too many pop-ups asking about ad preferences, location tracking, etc.

I bought this laptop to take on trips for bill paying and to check our mail. So far it is working great. I just had trouble getting the Best Buy virus protection on it. I thought it came with it but I guess it didn’t.

This computer is awesome. Big enough for my big hands to type on, small enough to be portable. Fast enough for all my needs. This is a work computer and not a computer for games in my case. Gives me everything I need.

Basic laptop that does the job. Does not have a port for wired hook up to my router, which normally was not a problem until i purchased a new printer that is not well suited to laptops.

haven't had a computer for years, my last one ran on windows98. was always using phone and tablet. I shopped around and when I found this, I thought it was a good deal. been using it for about a month works good for me.
