I was a little conserved about the laptop but i haven't have any problems.

Great little laptop with very poor speakers.

If you don't mind using headphones with it it would probably be okay but the speakers in my opinion are basically unusable.

This came with Windows 11 and I just couldn't use it not know the effect it might have on the others as they are used in conjunction with the main computer I use which would've been this one.

The picture quality is very good; I was surprised how good as it's not FHD. The speed on loading up a page was fast; much faster than my 3 year old HP with i5 processor. The only downside right now is it came in S mode.

Our employees work from home and we need for them to each have reliable equipment to access the internet and work remotely in our client administrative systems. These have performed without any issues or concerns.

If you need an everyday laptop it's perfect. The screen is decent and I liked the keyboard layout. Great performance for everyday tasks. I judged this laptop based on the price we way paid. Great value!

The image quality is okay at best, and the speed is adequate. But it's a great value for the money. Someday I'll buy something with better specs, and when I do I'll probably donate this to a friend.

The only annoying thing is not being able to remove a decal in the lower right hand corner under the keyboard, but otherwise I can get all of the work done I need to on it.

I’m very disappointed in this purchased. My purpose for the purchase was for my virtual meeting and now I have to purchase an external camera.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused.
All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, the camera not working in less than a year is a random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.
