For the price - it’s not a bad laptop. The 10 key is a little small but does the job. Battery doesn’t last that long however but mainly use it as a secondary home computer.

The computer is nice but getting it in the mail and not being unlocked and having to contact service rep to help get it started is not good. Now everything is good to go.

For the cost of the laptop, it was great. I have purchased a ASUS laptop in 2012 I enjoy that model and this one is great so far, just the battery life is not good at all.

Almost all is great on this product...the only inefficiency is the battery. I should be able to watch more than 2.5 movies on 1 charge. =<4hrs with balanced performance.

Replaced a higher end laptop and quite surprised how much bang i received i got for my buck - per se. I wish it had a touch screen.

Asus is a fantastic company! This is my 4th Asus product. First, the laptop is amazing! Lightening fast startups, beautiful screen and I absolutely love the Screen pad!

Nothing really fancy but I'm very pleased with this computers functionality and performance. I've only had it for four weeks but everything has exceeded my expectations.

So far, so good! However, like another commenter, the model in the ad included a card reader that this model doesn't actually have. The camera is an issue, but no big deal.

Seems to work decently so far! I could have done without the hassle of figuring out the s mode. I should have done more research on that before buying this computer.

Great laptop and a good price. It does everything I need it to do. It is sticky used in a medical office setting and has had not problem running any of the software.

so far the pc has been amazing! ive loved its fast start up time, good handling and portability! very good asus! only issue is my color seems wayy too saturated

It's everything I expected for the price point. The solid state drive is Is much faster than my old hard drive . I would recommend this compute to a friend.

Product works as expected. I have even used it to play Diablo Immortal and have had no issues. This is definitely a great purchase.

I just love my laptop, better once I got used to the feel of the keyboard. Just had to get a printer on 3/29 but no one available to assist so went elsewhere.

Bluetooth has loud feedback issues. I have tried my wireless headset and bluetooth speakers that work with every other bluetooth- enabled device in the home (and other peoples homes) and there is an extremely loud and persistent feedback beep that pops up within the first 10 minutes and continues till you turn the bluetooth off on the laptop. I am disappointed. The windows take a good minute to turn on. It's an average budget laptop with all other features.

I was assisted by Yoldi Bautista and he was incredible. Very professional and very kind. I only look for him. What a pity that he is only in the computers.

This laptop works excellent, my daugther use it for school and casual video games, she is pretty happy with this gift, I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve had this laptop for a few months. Works as described. Much easier to use than my old computer. Happy with purchase and would buy again.

I wanted a laptop that didn't sound like a snow blower. Silent was perfect. No loss of power. Instant on, blink and it's already shut down. Nice.
