    Nice machine for the price. But it’s very difficult to see the screen. The color combination on the apps is grey lettering and light blue Also, the keyboard is not backlite and hard to see

    The product picture is of the wrong laptop. It shows that there is a fingerprint scanner on the track pad and the Asus Vivobook logo on the bottom of the screen. However, there is no fingerprint scanner and the bottom of the screen only shows the Asus logo. The computer itself feels cheap and flimsy. The screen is extremely washed out, however updating the drivers and calibrating the display has helped a little. It is ok for light web browsing.

    It's ok, but if you've got the money spring for something better. A little heavy, images aren't vivid, speakers are crummy. Battery very weak. Would not buy again.

    Not happy with total tech

    I don’t know yet about the computer itself yet because I am having to do what total tech was supposed to do. I purchased this computer to just have for my iTunes because My old computer was too old to download Audible. But I wanted the actual books to be in an external hard drive. They transferred everything from my old iTunes to this computer and not to the external so note my brand new computer is full so I am now having to try to move it myself! It was supposed to be a large enough hard drive. I just hope now I don’t destroy all my saved library and iTunes will be able to find it.

    The battery doesn’t stay charged long at all. I’m not as impressed with this one like I thought I’d be. It’s ok, but I’ve already had quite a few technical issues that I NEVER had with my Chromebook.

    Do not purchase. The laptop died! It cannot handle a lot of power, I did some work on excel and the laptop literally died.

    There is NO indication that numlock key is activated. This is an issue for password entries for elderly user. So we had to cover up the right side numbers with post it notes.
