1. Unplug the charger
2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally

Ok purchase

Mouse pad stopped working out of nowhere

Buy Beware if you pay ahead of time.

After paying for my printer to be picked up a few days later, I got an email that the order had been cancelled. ???? Why? System error? Anyway had to buy it from Target. Kinda got scammed

I felt like i got scammed because the bezels are not that thin, the display i could barely see, and the battery life is poor, specs where the same as shown on the pc but i still wouldnt recommend this laptop

non-working curser
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am totally disappointed in this computer. less than a month after I got it, the curser arrow acts up and when it does it refuses to open the item it's on. sometimes it freezes on that icon, and then you can't shake it off that one. If you wait long enough (sometimes 20 or 30 minutes) it may start working again. I took it to the geek squad and he they didn't know what could be done. suggested reloading microsoft at my expense. I didn't buy new so I could spend money to fix it.
