    not good at all can not register on line nor with help on phone. sometimes computer will not start for 5 to 15 minutes. power cord connection loose, I guess, keeps flashing icon "ON BATTERY' or 'PLUGGED IN' fuzzy picture I'm returning it.

    Wifi issues good screen size, but it came with a wifi antena problem that the geek squad couldn’t fixed

    Battery is horrible

    Quality seems fine for price point. Easy to set up. Internal battery bleeds off charge extremely quick. Even when shutting down the computer it will loose 2-3% per day.

    Seems to be a good laptop if your sitting beside the Wi-Fi router or like long pauses for no reason! But what can I say I choose to buy something open box so I did it to myself!

    I really wish ASUS would publish the processor speed along with the processor label. This laptop is terribly slow. Returned to Best Buy.

    I bought online but when it was delivered, it was not the same as is mentioned. The laptop didn't have the fingerprint on the mouse pad, also it didn't have the Logo Asus VivoBook. I when to the store to exchange, they couldn't and they offered me to exchange for a different brand.

    No Internet? No good!

    This laptop was never able to reliably connect to the Internet. There appears to have been a fault in the network adapter that three trips to the Geek Squad were unable to fix. The laptop appeared to run well, but it was useless without a trustworthy Internet connection.

    Sales Associate needs more training on computers

    Was told the computer would take tow external monitors, with a docking station, after 3 weeks of frustration, we found out it will not! I specifically purchased this computer and transferred everything from my old one to this one, only to find out I must return it!

      To successfully connect two external monitors, first one connects the the HDMI port and the second monitor connects to a USB-C to a video adapter. Ensure a compatible USB-C to video out adapter is being used and the driver for the adapter is installed successfully. Also, the monitors need to be setup correctly inside the display properties.
