Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased a ASUS laptop primarily because of the sale price making it more attractive than the competition. It also had everything that we were looking for. Very fast shipping from Best Buy. The laptop is in service, but its too early to rate.

Microsoft S-Mode totally stopsOverit user's ability to customize or utilize previously purchased software /apps. Apps such as excel, word ect., must be re-purchased and downloaded from the Microsoft store. Cannot turn off S-mode without security risks and poor performance. Ridiculous! Will not puchase Microsoft product again,

I'm sorry for your disappointment with the Windows S mode. Certainly, Windows 10 in S mode is a version of Windows 10 that's streamlined for security and performance while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from Microsoft Store and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing. You can update to Windows 10 Home freely but this will be at your own discretion, please refer to the FAQ below. No Best Buy for laptops
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn’t even provided with a charger! Best buy is worst place to buy laptops. It was an open box item but at least they should provide charger with it. They gave me only laptop and nothing not even charger and manual. The laptop had 20% battery when I opened it at home.
