Just needed something basic for school work so this runs just fine

Good entry level laptop for basic needs. Would recommend.

I got this laptop just for some web surfing and email and this fits the bill. I like that it still offered an ethernet port. There are times when wireless isn't available. This probably wouldn't be good for watching online movies - probably not fast enough but fine basic stuff.

Great laptop for college students, easy on the budget, it only weighs 4 pounds which makes it easy to carry, great audio and display, great speed and memory that meets all my needs. This came with office 365 and internet security. Not only that, it looks sharp. I love my laptop.

Exactly what my 13 year old needed for school...it's perfect

This is not good for gamers. Games that don't need the RAM are good but not for things like World of Warcraft. Works really good for movies, music and doing things on the web. Having 4 GB RAM it met my expectations. No issues. It does really well for things that I do on a PC.

Computer freezes while running basic excel functions. Keep your fingers crossed when turning it on because some days you'll be lucky if you can get passed the "spinning wheel of death" and make it to the sign in screen.

Great use of computer for personal and school use.

I got this for my son's Jr. year of college. He liked it but he could hear the motor when it was turned on. He went back to Best Buy and they confirmed it has a loud motor. He replaced it with a chrome box.

So slow almost useless, also has no antivirus software

It's light, quick processing for the needs I have (simple work- I do not play online games). Starts up well and quickly. Just wish Best Buy would extend it's geek squad protection automatically.

I personally love the size of the laptop. I can see what I am working on. The controls are fairly easy to maneuver and there are a lot of features to make life simpler to work and connect.

This computer ran so slow. After days of updates and not being able to sign in and actually use it, we returned it.

This was a Christmas gift for my high school aged grandson. He's able to complete his assignments and become more literate in his technology class. Excellent choice!

My brother-in-law lost his job a while back and didn't have a home computer to create and send out his resumes. This laptop was a godsend. And he got the job he wanted!
