Product Manuals
A: YES. I would recommend this for a college student. Does all the functions.. USB SD and other handy things. It comes installed with Windows 10 which is nice. I'm not a huge fan of anything windows because I run MAC OS but I like this ASUS. 8/10 would deff buy for the price.
Q: How long is the battery life?
A: This has a battery life of about 4 hours.
Q: Does this laptop have a slot for SD cards?
A: Yes, this laptop has an SD card reader.
A: A lot of laptops will shut down or go into sleep mode when unplugged. You can change the sleep settings in the control panel, but if the battery is drained and the laptop is unplugged it will still shut down. I have had no issues losing my internet connection with this machine unless the router is out of range or not reciving a signal.
Q: Is pentium better or worse then celeron and AMD processor
A: Celeron is the worst intel operating system, in my opinion. Pentium is a much better version of the Celeron. Celeron is slow and isn't very good for daily use while Pentium is the exact opposite
Q: Can you run Adobe Illustrator on this?
A: It can but not well like any decent graphics program it really should be running with faster processor and storage as well as memory and a good graphics card!
A: Yes, this laptop can play DVD's.
A: I would not suggest this computer for playing any games
