Purchased this laptop for my son to use for his college activity. It has worked out very well for him. Flexible, ease of use, reasonably fast, and for a nice budget price.

this is a great little computer for the price if you looking to just work or browsing the web if you want something for gaming or creating this is not the laptop for you

I bought this for my 11 year old and it meets his needs. He primarily uses this for YouTube and light duty online games. Battery life is good and the case color looks "Apple-like".

Its is perfect for all of the college work and research i do. and is good with netflix when im relaxing as well. the speakers are louder than i expected which is cool.

I made the mistake of purchasing this Asus in the midst of starting a business and has done nothing but cost me money. It shuts off randomly and, now, four months after I bought it it shuts off randomly and whenever it is not connected to the battery. I know now I'm not the only one who experiences this problem. This all and it has been slow from the moment I turned it on. It is not worth the hassle. Please don't buy this computer.

I purchased this computer for work purposes. I have had no problems so far and it is fast. I love the feel of it and the layout of the keypad. Very durable computer. I would recommend this product.

Cheap enough, but doesn't perform as well as I'd hoped. Had a hard-drive issue at start-up, and had to return it twice. Been about 8 months, and no real issues since.

I needed a very basic PC to search the web and use some Office applications. The salesperson was honest with me that the PC was not powerful but I bought it anyways cause the price was right. From the get go, the PC was slower than molasses. I returned immediately.

Computer works well for Office based tasks. Would not recommend for gaming, but not an issue for me. Easily transportable.

My daughter needed a laptop for college and wanted one with a disc drive to watch DVDs. We found this one on sale and she has really enjoyed it.

You get what you pay for. It's slow but gets the job done. My kids use it to do research work on the Internet and use Microsoft office for school assignments.

Great value for the money spent. This is an excellent computer for your day to day surfing and office projects. Make no mistake it's not for the gamer but for basic daily use it is great.

This machine is taking a bit of getting used to. I needed it to replace my XP machine which finally died. I only use it for simple e-mail's and playing games and it works just fine.

This Asus laptop is a sleek performer. It has proved to be adequate to run all the apps I need and enough storage space for pictures and data. The keyboard and numeric pad are great.

Had bought other asus and loved them but this one did not hold up well...flimsy and adaptor plug broke off..

This laptop is really nice and at a very reasonable price. Though I've only had it for a short time, I seem to really like it.

Everything about this laptop is good but should have spent a little more and got an intel core processor instead of a pentium.

Thank God for the Geek Squad Guy. If the laptop salesman hadn't been busy ... no telling what I would have ended up with. I asked the guy from geek squad and he helped me. We were on a very limited budget , and he made sure I got what I needed without overspending... after listening to the laptop salesman... with other customers... he was selling all kinds of things that were not needed....

Really good functioning laptop for a really good price. Needed to get one for a friend who really needed one and they have had no problems with it so far.
