Had a linksys that always needed to be reset. This Asus seems to be much better. My iPad doesn't freeze nearly as often and it can handle the workload of multiple users very easily. I've had to reset it twice in a few months but I might just need to run some updates. Overall I am very happy with this router.

Easy setup and great range. The GUI on this thing is one of the best I've seen and competes well with the Open Standards as well as the current ASUS GUI.

I purchased this router after trying out a Netgear Nighthawk router. In my opinion, this router has much better range but the Netgear is easier to set up and access the various settings. At any given time there are up to seven devices connected to the router at one time and all function flawlessly.

This router is strong enough, when placed on the second floor to reach the far corners of my first and third floor with a 2.4g signal and most of the house with a 5g signal. TV sets bring in 5g signal for Fire Stick with fast streaming.

Good strong connection. I had bought a joined router and modem, but the connection was truly awful. We bought this to supplement it and we have not had a problem in the 2 months since we got it.

If you're looking for performance for a great price. This router is it. I have multiple tvs and laptops all wirelessly connected with no lag or slowdown. Best of all my ps4 is running at its full wireless m/bs. I have a 3000+ square feet home and I get good signal everywhere in the house. If you're thinking about this router, try it, you won't be disappointed. And if it's not up to your standard return it. But I'm pretty sure you'll be more then happy.

It comes well packaged and presented. For the price tag I would expect this, but its a nice router. The online user interface is sublime. Connectivity over 5G was incredibly fast although my roommates complained of slow internet on the 2.4 network. I don't know if this is because the 2.4 network is throttled to 600 Mbps, while 5G can do up to 1200Mbps, or if it was just the walls blocking the signal. Regardless, most WiFi devices cannot exceed 550Mbps even with 802.11ac. So I cannot vouch for their complaints nor will I discount the product for variables I cannot prove, cause I only used 5G and it was great. Either way it never got resolved and I was forced to buy another router.

With my old router, I had nothing but constant hang ups and resets. Not so with this one. And with different access levels, my friends aren't bogarting my signal leaving the best speeds for me.

We bought this router after a year of spotty service from our internet provider. We have a gamer and a work from homer not to mention a daughter who loves to stream music, videos etc. When this was happening at once, things were slow and my son kept getting kicked out of his games. Buying this router solved all our problems as the gamer is able to be on one network while the rest of the family is on another. Problem solved for all!

This router has been well worth the purchase! If you are having range issues in your house/apartment, then this router will solve your problems. Way too many cool features to list. JUST BUY IT!

Finally a router that lives up to the hype. After much trial and error on various routers that claimed to provide great performance I can say after a month that this Asus is working great

I have to say, after aton of reviews, I decided to purchase this router. The installation was super easy, even a cave man can do it.! speed went up by 35%. so far, this is THE router to get!

I bought this router for a 5 bed room house with a game room and all of rooms have full signal. I was going to buy a wifi booster but after setup it was unnessary. I easily setup the router through my phone with no problems at all. I didnt have to directly connect my laptop to the router for setup.
