I've owned this router for almost one year, and I can truthfully say that it is fantastic. I've never had faster speeds on all my devices. It has been rock solid in all that time, never letting me down. My cable has gone down, but my networrk continues to hum along, moving data between my devices and my network hard drive. I recommend it.

Great for boosting my internet to the other side of my house. Best Buy Sales Manager & Geek Squad installer both did an excellent job.

We really like this product. We weren't able to get good internet service upstairs and this product allows for it to reach and have multiple things going at one time

This router was simple, to set up, make multiple networks and the additional cloud features make this an unbelievable network tool.

Awesome features and easy to use. Distance is slightly better than a stock verizon fios router but not a ton better. Features and controls are great though.

great upgrade over previous generations of routers. wireless speed is just great. my only qualm was its lack of ability to do DNSMasq.

Had to replace a router that got fried during a power outage. The salesperson recommended this one and so far it's working great.

My first choice was the Netgear R7000 Nighthawk. However upon digging into the settings, it was missing some features that I wanted. I exchanged it to the ASUS RT-AC68P which was my the other router I had been considering. The settings had the features I was looking for and was very easy to use. Speed is good and range is very good.

Router works great, ability to set up 3 guest networks on each of the 2 different sets of frequencies, a lot of different functionalities, ability to plug flash drive to use as a network drive and access contents from anywhere with internet connectivity!

I upgraded to this router from the NetgearN router. I was looking for a router with a built in VPN, and this was the best that I had found. The transfer rates for in network can reach up to 50Megs Per second. Router has any other features that I finally's phone but I find useful such as the Time Machine backup feature. I no longer have to have a hard drive connected directly to the computer. The router also supports 5 GHz networks. I expect this router to last for a long time. It was a great buy

I previously had a linksys AC1900 and struggled to play multiplayer games due to the fact that my NAT type was always strict, after returning the linksys for this ASUS router it is clear that the issue was with the other router as this one is flawless and I have not had any issues, download speeds are great. The online multiplayer issues are non-existent and It also has a more user friendly software.

The easy step by step instructions made the setup simple and correct the first time.

This was like night & day when compared to the old router I was using. Other reviews about this router do not do it justice.

This router is just a beast, I have hacked mine with DDWRT firmware and its running 3 separate vlans 4 different WIFI channels for the different Vlans, Bandwidth monitoring, Blacklisted website blocking at the router level and so much more. My network is more secure then my works network after properly configuring this beast of a router. I was very very impressed by asus's hacker friendly mentality this thing is close to impossible to brick while trying to hack it even if you make a major slip up!

Replace my old e1000. It has some many extra features that making it worth the money.

After purchasing the product I never wanted to go back to my comcast modem. This router has dual bands and it never shows down

It has an easy interface for settings. Coverage reaches pretty far in my 2 story house. Hooked up my USB 3.0 external hard drive and now I can browse over my network to access the hard drive from any device.
