Quick and easy to get going. Fast whole-house coverage.

This is hands down the best router ever. I have used a lot of routers over the years. Netgear was was go to everytime. Till now. My house now has real thick walls and doors so was having bad coverage with the ones I had. Even tried a extender. But this router this the trick. Strongly recommend this. And awesome if you're into vpn.

After many failed routers and extenders this router works great thru my whole house.

This router died 20 months after purchase. Before that, it worked very well. All my internet connected devices and TiVo devices ran through here without a hiccup. It was a sad day to come home after lunch and it had died. Manufactured said the only thing I could do was send it in for repair or replacement which would take two weeks. I guess I expect for $200, it should last longer.

best route for whole house use. Even with thick walls

Replaced another router and no longer have dead spots.

This router has better range than my previous one. I believe they were same model, but newer firmware. Great buy!

Coverage much improved using this router, just right

Recently my Airport Extreme started going out, and as fan of Apple I immediately looked at replacing it with another Airport Extreme. That was until I read the reviews on the ASUS AC1900. I came very highly rated and the reviews were positive, so I jumped out of my comfort zone. I can't complain, it's been great.

Flawless so far, no complaints here. It's a pretty good router over all better than the one I was using.

My Geek Squad agent recommended this when I was having wireless issues with last router and there has been no looking back. I live in an older home and getting the signals to the upper two floors was problematic until we installed this one and then PRESTO, problems solved. Have not had any issues since.

I just got it and installed it this morning. Easy to install. My internet works without any problem.

I have never set up a router before so I was a little hesitant to try it. It was super easy and works great!

Was really amazed at this product. It has been some time since I replaced a router. I was used to seeing items like d-link, cisco, netgear, etc. I knew Asus was a great brand for motherboards so I tried this out and very happy I did.

This unit has extra range for total coverage of my business.

The item performs it's intended purpose without too many problems, definitely no major problems.

I wanted to use this router to extend my wifi range, yet i wanted the extended network isolated from the original similar to guest network. The firmware from asus wouldnt do what i wanted, but flashing to ddwrt made it possible. It also claims "dual wan" allowing 4g modems to back up regular wan. There is a compatible list that my verizon modem wasnt on, so no luck there. Rock solid and fast performance though.

On the advice of a BestBuy sales rep, I replaced my failed combination router/modem with this ASUS router and an inexpensive Zoom modem. For the first time since moving to my current home three years ago, I now have good internet service in all areas of the house. VERRY SATISFIED.

I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate this router. The interface is easy to use and understand. I like having the control to how the Internet is accessed. I set it up so when it's bed time for the kids it shuts off and they can't use it again until a set amount of time.
