    I bought this laptop based on other positive reviews. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this product. The component that for WiFi internet failed after one week. I returned it for a second one and have only used it for a couple weeks. Yesterday, it froze up. I was unable to get it to restart and when I used control + alt + delete, the screen turned gray with only the white cursor visible. I wasn’t able to turn it off and had to wait for the battery to die. This morning when I plugged it in, it’s working again, but I don’t feel confident with it continuing to work.

    Get a Warranty

    I have really loved this laptop, BUT I called to extend the warranty to try to be proactive about protecting it and they would not renew it because I was outside of the original warranty by TWO WEEKS. Nothing was wrong yet, but now I cannot get a warranty and guess what happened? The computer starts acting up at only a bit over a year old. It seems to me that they do not trust their product or do not care about the customers.
