I bought a plug-in range extender in my mom's house due to size. It worked but intermittently. I bought this product and everything is now seamless! no corner of her house loses connectivity now. I turned the dual router-modem into strictly a modem and used these for the router. Phenomenal!

Got home and had first switched a cable between modem and router and problem solved or so I thought, had some breakup with zoom and Team meetings with bad quality so heading back to pick this up for the second time to resolve my issues.

This item is what I was looking for to create a sound home network throughout my house. The system comes with three dual-band mesh routers that provide great connections on all floors of my home.

It's been a problem since week one. It constantly drop signal or simply won't let devices hookup to the network. Sometimes you'll be hooked up to the network but there's no internet. This is not my modem or internet causing the issue, my internet is very fast and has always been perfect. This morning I'm watching streaming something on Amazon and the router light goes red and drops internet. It took four times of pulling the power anf cycling the main unit to get internet back up. It's going back to Best Buy today. Bottom line, Ive owned many routers ove the years and this system is by far the worst I've experienced. I would definitely find something else.

I'm truly sorry to hear that the connection drops very frequently, this must be frustrating. Have you tried to update the firmware? Please ensure that keep router away from Wi-Fi devices with 802.11g or 20MHz only, 2.4GHz computer peripherals, Bluetooth devices, cordless phones, transmitters, heavy-duty motors, fluorescent lights, microwave ovens, refrigerators, and other industrial equipment to prevent signal interference or loss. For further troubleshooting, please use the Asus Router App, go to "Settings" > "System Settings" > "Feedback" > and send a Feedback mail to us.
