    The nodes are not able to detect the main router. Customer support is really bad. I though that I got one defective product, so I exchanged it with same new product from best buy. And same problem in the second item as well. Customer support said, they will get back to me in a week. Well, it is better to return this and get another brand, instead of waiting on their customer support.

    What a stupid useless waste of time. You need to keep the nodes at least within 5m (that is 15 FEET for us here in the USA) of the main router for 5G wireless to work properly. This 100% defeats the purpose of any system like this, and if you move the nodes away they do not work whatsoever, so good luck with getting faster wifi throughout your home, which is the main goal of a system like this. This was all verified via Asus phone support who obviously is not a specialist in this product, as they have to support a DOZEN other types of products. I am dissapointed. I will be returning this faulty system.

    For a system that is supposedly “state of the art,” its difficult to set up, cumbersome to maintain, and clunky in terms of network performance. I have 400MB service from my provider, confirmed on both the provider end and through a direct connection to their interface, but I would have 100MB (if I were lucky) per node, and they weren’t even spaced out that far apart. I literally had this in my house for only 2 days before I returned it.

    Asus…I’m disappointed!

    The Asus mesh router did not produce the speeds expected out if a mesh wifi6 router. I received better speeds from my gen 1 google mesh. I returned and bought the netgear orbi.

      To resolve the issue, please verify if the devices are within range to the modem/gatway and internet service is working properly. The ZenWiFi will only provide the speed that is available from your internet service provider. Please contact your ISP(Interner Service Provider) to check to test the speed on their end.

    Quite possibly the worst router I've had to work with. Great for about 3 weeks. Suddenly the 2.4ghz network stopped having internet access. I've worked through every possible "fix" that I can, and can't get it functional for more than about 20 minutes. Now past the return window...

    Won't stop disconnecting

    The device was easy to setup, but the stability is extremely poor. I hook up my smart home devices to the network only to find out that it disconnects literally every few hours. The main node will have RED LED (meaning no connectivity) even when plugged directly into the modem. the only issue with this mesh network is the extremely poor connection quality. When it works, it's good, but good luck keeping everything connected.

    Best buy is great however Asus support is crap working with them over multi times (6) still can't fix it and the support team is terrible can't under a word, talk way to fast and expect you to understand. I WOULD NEVER BUY A ASUS PRODUCT BASE ON THE CRAPPY SUPPORT TEAM

    very poor performance

    What a waste of money. Seems like my computers/tablets can't decide which unit to attach to so they attach to none! I reboot the router system and then it attaches fine, which I need to do at least 3-4 times a week. anybody want to buy a used router, that works sometimes?

    The WiFi would drop out about twice a day. I saw some other reviews where this was the case. But I wanted to try it myself. Yes I agree there are WiFi drops of data.

    These are the worse ones I have ever had. I was told by their tech support. That in order for them to work they need to be within 15 feet of each other. That defeated the purpose.

    They produce alot of radio interference with this on you can not use hf radio equipment lots of noise throughout the spectrum.
