    This is a good product but it was supposed to be installed. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they didn't have time to do it and I'd have to make another appointment. While waiting I realized the part I order was missing and figured he forgot to give it back when doing paperwork. I asked the manager to look into it cause I wanted to be reassured if they found it at their shop and return it since they sell that part there I didn't want it to be used by mistake. But the manager guy told me I never handed the guy anything which was an absolute lie and was easily seen on the camera. I also had someone with me at the time. Needless to say I got that part back but I'll never use this service for anything again. Grand junction has the worse best buy experience I've ever seen. Don't trust the ppl that are suppose to be helping you. Just record as much for urself so you have proof
