||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The salesman convinced me I needed this for my soundbar and my soundbar wouldn't come with an HDMI cable. Turns out that there was a cable included with my soundbar and it is of current standards so can handle the bandwidth requirements. I thought about holding on to the cinnamon cable for other things, but after reading many articles about HDMI cables, there is no need to spend 50 bucks on an HDMI cable. For today's usage, just make sure you have a cable rated 1.3b or later and you should be fine. Don't spend more then ten bucks on HDMI.

Waste

I bought amazon cables and honestly, I see no difference. I bought into the hype of having to buy expensive cables when I didn't need to. These amazon cables are just as good as these but at a 5th the price.

Slightly Misled

To this day, it is still in its box.
