The cable was 10 or so years old, maybe more, maybe less. I was expecting this new one to be just as good, but when I fired up the Blu-ray player my jaw dropped! I can't believe how much better the picture was!

I had what I thought was a high quality HDMI cable but I kept experiencing a small blip in video where it would go blank for about 2-3 seconds and then restore. But it would happen every 5-10 minutes. This honestly fixed the issue and made the video and sound clearer!

Awesome for soundbar connection

The audio is awesome. The 2.5' length is perfect. It is a directional cable, so make sure the arrows on the connections point in the direction from the tv to the soundbar.
