It’s “wobbly” and I’m sure that is why it seems so temperamental. I’m sure if it was a better fit, the connection would be more stable and worthy of 5 stars. However, it isn’t, so three stars it is.

The cost is also very high and I am not sure they are worth the cost give my past experience with the brand performance. Short term good signal quality, long term not so much.

Because of this it was difficult to feed through my wall to hide the cable and it places a strain on the HDMI plugs of both the TV and receiver requiring it to be supported to prevent it from bending the HDMI plugs.

All they were interested in was to get all of the devices setup as quickly as possible and leave! We did not know how to use the remotes on all of the devices when they left. We had to put an order in for additional service! We later found out that the original installers was from a third-party service. I hope on additional equipment that we purchase, we do NOT get third-party service people! Gary & Judy
