    great product, but why so expensive?? look for other 8k tested and approved cables that are available for 1/3 of this price.

    You have to be a buffoon of the highest order to spend this much on an HDMI cable. As long as a digital cable meets the specification of the standard, it will perform the same as any other cable that is sufficiently shielded. Even 10$ cables have shielding. Don't waste your money on this predatory nonsense. AudioQuest is a company infamous for taking advantage of uninformed consumers.
