    The installation team of two was terrible! All they were interested in was to get all of the devices setup as quickly as possible and leave! We did not know how to use the remotes on all of the devices when they left. We had to put an order in for additional service! We later found out that the original installers was from a third-party service. I hope on additional equipment that we purchase, we do NOT get third-party service people! Gary & Judy

    not much differance form 4k but notice a difference when watching Dolby Vision. not sure if it is related

    Bought a new tv and wasn’t sure I had the best hdmi cable to get the best picture possible. Saw the reviews and advertisements for this cable and thought it might be able to provide a cleaner sharper picture but noticed no difference at all over the much lesser priced one I was using. No reason for anyone to spend the extra $$. I live over an hour away from my Best Buy or I would have returned it. Live and learn I guess.

    When my TV was installed by the Geek Squad they did not install my new cables. It was after they left that I noticed I still had the old cables.

    If someone from Geek Squad would come over when there is an appointment, I could possibly give the items a better rating. Unfortunately, the Geek Squad doesn't have enough people to get around and commit to their appointments.

    Not for Xbox series x it’s not compatible 8k 10k not working properly. Go with one that’s 4K 8k but make sure it says 4K.
