I like this lock. It was easy to set up at my office and works as expected. I have had to recalibrate it already though. I really like that you can add guest users and that there’s no subscription service.

The August lock pro and connect were very east to install and setup. Setting up on different phones became a chellenge but finally figured out all the settings and now working on 3 phones. The lock works great and I highly reommend

I originally got this smart lock for a pet sitter, but it turns out that my teenager uses it a lot more to let herself back into the house. I won't say it was easy to install, because for me, it was difficult, I could not get the wings to go down. I was afraid I would break them, however, I called and emailed customer service a few times. The third time, I got a video consult and actually seeing that the inside knob had to be turned a certain way in order for the wings to close. So, I got it installed, but it took a few days. Those few days, anybody, could have gotten into the house. But it is safely attached to my door now. It sends notifications when it is opened and closed. It also lets you know who used the app to open the door. It's been opened the most by the teenager with no car.

There was some gettting used to in the beginning but installed properly this thing is great. You can lock and unlock remotely. If you have guest staying over or just wanting to let someone into the house, it’s easy as pressing a button.

So far so good. A month since installed and no problems thus far other than the door sensor was a little difficult to set up. Used it to let in my maintenance guy in while I was at work... such convenience

We have been using this lock for some time! We have it on our garage door and it is so convenient to get in to the house without having to pull out the key from the pocket!! Bit pricy though.

Easy 9nstall. Works perfectly. Excellent integration to Google Home. Just ask Google is door is locked. If not just say Hey Google, look door! I also installed keypad works perfectly.

Easy enough to install, and helps provide peace of mind. Wife is not so great with newer technology, but after a couple days with this device installed, she loves it.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this lock. You can program it on your phone to when you close your door, it locks. Also like it when you are away from home, it unlocks your door. It’s great when your arms are full with stuff or groceries

I Love This Lock. Weird I know, but this lock is truly one of my favorite smart devices. Cannot recommend more highly. Auto unlock feature as I walk up to my door is the best!

I really like this lock and the convenience it adds. The new model is a little smaller and doesn’t require an external plug in module, but got this model for a great deal.

My wife and I purchased this because we are considering starting to use a dog walking service and so far this has been working great. It has been flawless when using the app and manual locking has not been an issue.

Had my eyes on this smart lock for a while. Finally broke down and bought. Great item easy to install and set up. No more looking keys when leaving or arriving home. I love this august smart lock.

This was a great addition to making our home a smart home! It makes taking our dog out for walks or a quick step outside so easy and carefree knowing we can lock the door with our keys.

That is my second August smart lock. Overall happy with the product. The only downside is that the lock is too large. Beside that, the lock works great. Would recommend.

A smart lock that works as offered. Can be set to auto lock when door closed, and to lock when smart phone leaves area. Then it will unlock on return, and if you don't re-set, it will re-set itself and again lock door.

We are so happy with our August Smart Lock. We regret not purchasing sooner. I never have to dig through my pockets for my house keys and easy to let friends/family in using my smart phone. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased the lock + connect and am very satisfied! Took around 20 minutes to setup (including linking to iPhone and physical installation.) I recommend to all smart home users!
