Works with Alexa. Geo locate unlocks the door for me when I get home every night. Works about 9 months before you need to change batteries.

The August door lock was easy to install, download the app and get it working. The instructions are not in the box rather on the app when you download it.

This is my second August lock and I love the newer functionality of telling if the door is open or closed. Works great in my HomeKit environment.

Easy to install and setup, this is an exceptional lock. One thing to consider when installing door sense recommended hole size is bigger than the device.

It’s amazing. Using Google Mini and IFTTT. It streamlines through our google mini and our Phillips Hue lights to do some really amazing things. We absolutely love this!

I chose this because I liked the fact that you could send verchual keys, also like the fact that I can see when the door is opened and closed from the app.

So far so good! Make sure to really nail the installation and that the bolt matches up with the hole in the door frame perfectly.

I am using this in auto lock mode. The auto unlock when i get home is not perfect but overall the wifi is working nicely and i can unlock it remotely.

possibly the best lock in the smart lock department, easy use and set up. although i highly recommend getting the keypad for quicker entry

Love the broad compatibility. August worked super easily with my HomeKit and Alexa and with the additional WiFi feature I can access it from anywhere I have my phone.

Excellent product works like a charm, just make sure that your actual bolt does not have any friction between the door and the frame.

It can a little tricky to install if your door is not aligned but other then that its easy, its a nice alternative to the more expensive locking systems
