I recommend the key pad since I did get locked out from the auto lock feature. Also the auto unlock feature can be a little temperamental. If they get some of the kinks out of the app I would give it 5 stars.

Ok smart lock

My previous version didn’t require new batteries in what felt like years and I am pretty sure this thing has already chewed through several battery changes.

Either way it offers a lot of peace of mind always being able to check if the door is locked when you're away from home, getting alerts from the included door sensor if the door is left ajar, and having the door auto lock after a set amount of time or immediately.

There are only 2 bad things I can say is that one you must have a deadbolt that has a center rod it will not do a offset rod also if you want your family to be guest they will only be able to unlock the door with the app and can not do geofencing from Bluetooth. The lock does work well other wise.
