I like this lock. Had some issues with installation due to the way my deadlock was installed but I figured it out (installed upside essentially). There are some issues with the lock not clearing the door jam so I am not using it fully at this time. Will have to call August to trouble shoot sometime soon.

We love the fact we can remotely unlock and lock our door if necessary. It will also tell you if your door is currently you locked so you never have to worry about forgetting to lock it again. Coming home it can be set to Auto Unlock the door which eliminates fumbling with keys in the dark.

I am mostly happy with this smart lock, there is probably about a five second lag that I wish didn't exist when I get home and the auto unlock hasn't kicked in all the time by the time I reach the front door but this is a minor complaint. I wish the auto lock was able to be customized based on my location.

The lock installed fairly quick and was painless. The keypad and WiFi bridge were easy to install and set up as well. My only complaint thus far is the app always wants to default to Bluetooth even if you are on your home Wi-Fi and its indirectly linked to google home. Trying to lock the door remotely is a little slow but works.

My wife would scold me for forgetting to lock the front door. Figured it was time to fix my stupid. Only downside is it locking while I am sitting outside with my pugs. Thankfully the app makes unlocking easy. Only downside is the Connect needs to be really close. Fixed that with an extension cord behind a chair.

This lock has come in handy so many times and we have only had it for a few weeks. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bluetooth connect to the base acts up and never seems to get a good connection. The wireless is always "great" though so it doesn't seem to matter. I definitely recommend.

I purchased it thinking of all the convenience ill get from getting it but ive already called the geek once back to my house to fix it because it wasnt fully opening my door. I had to use knife to pry it open more than a couple of times already. Its especially hard when you have visitors And you’re trying to open the door

Being the smart home nerd I am I couldn't wait to get this installed in my townhome. At first I was liking it. But then the problems started happening. It would only unlock my door 80% of the time when I arrived home with the auto unlock feature turned on. To be fair it would always unlock my door if i pulled out my phone, unlocked my phone, opened the app and pushed the button. But if i had to do that all the time I might as well just pull out my key. It's faster. The lock itself got jammed a couple times and wouldn't turn at all. But after wiggling it a little it would start to work again. It was not worth the money in my opinion and ended up returning it.
