This lock in my opinion is the best one on the market. This will work with all the virtual assistants with no problems. The feature i like the best is the one that unlocks the door when you are in the area. this is nice when you have your hands full of items and can reach for your phone or keys.

I could not get the included bridge & lock to connect to each other using my Galaxy S9. The lock connected to my phone just fine. It was pairing them up after that fact that wouldn't work. I had to use my daughter's iPhone. Took 1 minute using her phone and it was done. After that, works great.

Overall I am very happy with the lock. Sometimes it seems to take longer than it should to Auto Unlock when I return home, and I couldn’t get the door sense to work at all (I live in a historic building so I can’t drill it into the door frame), but otherwise it works better than my previous lock.

Does what it is suppose to do and works flawlessly.

It's not perfect, response time is a little slow and while I've come to appreciate the quality of the hardware the lock itself is larger than I would like. In comparison to the competition though, this is the best one i've tried. I've also owned the Schlage Sense and Yale/Nest lock.

I liked the easy installation, had a bit of problem with internet. First day I locked myself out of the house with the auto lock feature. Make sure that IF you have this feature enabled take your phone or keys with you before you close the door.

the installation program was faulty giving incorrect signal strength. that error took me a while to get over since i tried different ways to boot signal strength when in fact the signal was strong enough for successful installation.

We chose this lock to keep from changing out the whole knob setup we have on the front door. Easy to install with the included instructions. We love the 2 minute lock/unlock proximity settings. Makes it easy to get in with your hands full. I highly recommend.

Had issues getting connected with ATTs router(so didn't my thermostat) but once I found a work around for the router lock connected right away. The app is a bit slower than I would like. So I normally unlock the door before I get home when I am stopped at a stop light on the way home

Product work as advertised. The connect module is finicky with the bluetooth connection. Bluetooth connection would range from bad to ok to good depending what time of day I check the connection. The connect module is within 15 feet of the lock. But seems to stay connected well.

So I am now having battery problems yet again with my second SmartLock pro. The first was replaced under warranty for the exact same issue - the batteries would only last a week. This second one worked fine for a little under two months, then suddenly began eating batteries again - with NO notification. I’d just come home and the lock is dead. No flashing red, no app notice or email. Nothing. If something like this can just end up dead suddenly with no notice, what use is it? I have just about every thing “smart” in my home - this thing has by FAR been the most troublesome and unreliable.

Your door still looks the same from the outside so everything can stay matching if you bought a set. Give smart control via wifi and zwave which is a plus if you are just starting out with smart home things or already have a hub like I do.

At the beginning it was somewhat difficult to configure it, it took much longer than I thought after I could control it via Wi-Fi. I am delighted with this product. It responds instantly and can control it from where it is highly recommended.

Lock works great. Fairly easy installation, easy integration into HomeKit. Had to do some minor tweaking to door (needed to clean gunk off of deadbolt, was getting stuck and preventing lock from fully engaging). Would recommend.

Love this! For a stay at home mom with two little ones and having to carry an infant in a car seat up the stairs, I love the option that it’s connected to my Bluetooth and unlocks the door when I’m in close vicinity. Makes my life so much easier.

This is a great lock! Love the fact I can control remotely, assign different codes, see who comes and goes, make sure the door is closed. This is the second August lock we have used. Had one on a vacation house and then sold it. Worked great!

It seems to be a good product. The screws holding the lock tight worked their way loose and the whole thing was moving all over the place. Once the Geek Squad guy came and tightened the screws properly, the system seems to be good again.

Has exceeded all expectations leaving me thoroughly impressed... Fantastic build quality and pretty slick-looking if I say so myself... With the existing keys you already have as backup as it does not change the exterior appearance of your door.
