I absolutely love the convenience of having a smart lock. I even set it to unlock automatically when I arrive home. Best smart home purchase!

This is such a convenient item to have. A must have. Just make sure you buy the bridge as well are you wont be able to unlock the door when you are not at home.

Good lock if it works right the first time right out of box if it doesn’t take back immediately customer support at August lock is awful and a waste of time

I purchased August smart lock to replace my Friday smart lock, which suddenly stoped working. So far I am very satisfied with this purchase.

My August smart lock is awesome. I have the app downloaded so every time I unlock lock or open the door I get a notification. Keeps me extra safe!

It's really convenient and it's been working fine. However, I'm not too sure about the safety so I probably wouldn't use it on my front door just yet.

Nice locks, just a little bulky for the doors. Nice bluetooth features to lock and unlock the house when you leave and return.

Really like this lock. Only one issue, occasionally it looses connectivity in the auto open mode. Would buy this product again.

The August Smart Lock Pro is a great addition to my beginning stages of home automation! I love the automatic locking & unlocking when I leave home & come back.

This replaced my existing smart lock (Kevo) and this is so much quieter and faster than the old one. Auto-Unlock works great.

I bought the lock in April and didn't try to install it until August once a few things were taken care of in our new home. Once my husband tried to install it, he noticed a particular piece was missing. He called August and they said that it should have come in the box and advised that we exchange it from where we bought it. Overall, the product had some cool features, but we weren't able to truly use it without the missing piece.

I love this lock. In addition to remote locking/unlocking, you can also see I whether your door is open thanks to the door sensor this comes with.

Linking it to internet was frustrating becauseIi have a mesh network. Sometimes autro lock does not work so my rating is really 4.5

Pretty cool feature for your front door. You don't ever have to worry about if you left the door unlocked.
